All ticket sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in all event activities at your own risk. You understand that these activities may involve physical movement or other risks, and you assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses, or damages that may occur, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Unbreakable Retreat, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, speakers, and venue from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to your attendance at, or participation in, the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

The event schedule, speakers, content, and format are subject to change without notice. In the event of any such changes, postponement, or modification, ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund. Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of all of the above terms.
